final exam
Final Exam Question(s)
Instructions
This is an "open book" exam. You're welcome to use any resources you'd like in answering this two-part question. I've designed the exam to be complete-able within the 3 hour time period of our typical Monday class session, and I'm limiting you to one "page." You may use both sides of this page, and orient it however you please. If voices other than yours are present in the answers you provide, please provide citations (eg Wurman, 1976).
You're welcome to work on and turn in your exam in person at the Workantile Exchange until 12:00pm. After that, please submit your work electronically, as I will be leaving town shortly after noon. The final deadline for turning in the exam is 11:59pm on the evening of December 14. I'll email you a receipt when I receive your work electronically.
Evaluation Criteria
The purpose of this exam is to make it possible for me to assess your level of engagement with and understanding of the materials and ideas from this course. Smart stuff that can be mapped back to our syllabus and reading list and in-class discussions will be rewarded more ... rewardingly ... than smart stuff that you found on the Internet today. Or that you acquired from your other courses.
Good luck!
